Farfetch bloggers breakfast
In today's digital and media world, bloggers are taking the cake. Bloggers also referred to as influencers are playing a very important role in the fashion, beauty and even the travel industry today, and we will continue to make our impact even in years to come. I was amongst the lucky few bloggers that was invited by Farfetch to a bloggers breakfast in London.
Now who is Farfetch? I noticed that whenever I mentioned that name some people and my friends they get confused, because they have never heard of that name before. Some think Farfetch is Net-a-porter's sister site, others say it's based only in the US. Some of my friends only saw the name on my Instagram page for the very first time when I did a post about the new YSL bag.
For those of you who don't know much about the brand. Farfetch is a global community of over 400 visionary fashion boutiques offering an inspirational shopping experience to fashion-forward consumers. The independent boutiques within our community have been carefully selected for their forward-thinking attitude, unique approach to merchandising and diversity of brands. They are located everywhere from Paris, New York and Milan to Bucharest, Riyadh and Seattle, but united in one e-commerce website. When you order through Farfetch, your order is delivered directly from the boutique to your door. Founded in 2008, with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, São Paulo and Porto, Farfetch showcases over 1000 labels and is dedicated to supporting independent fashion and to the cultural diversity that comes from uniting the perspectives of hundreds of different buyers, each with their own unique style and vision.
Now that we have a brief insight on who the brand is and what they are about, can we move along to hear all the juicy details from the bloggers breakfast shall we!!
