TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STYLING AND IMAGE CONSULTATION BOOKINGS

Welcome to IconMode by Ivy Ekong. Please carefully review these terms and conditions before making a booking for styling and image consultation services. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following terms:

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

To book an appointment, please use Ithe online store at ivyekong.com. Payment can be made via several payment methods at checkout.

If you would like to speak with us prior to booking, email us at iconmode@ivyekong.com or submit an enquiry form via the contact page.

Payments for all services are non-refundable once booked. Bank transfers are also accepted. For styling services, please refer to styling services.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that schedules may change and aim to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, rescheduling close to the agreed appointment time may incur an additional fee due to the time required to secure and prepare for a new booking.

A rescheduling fee of £150 is required for changes to the appointment date within the scope of your package.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel an appointment, you must notify us via email within 24 hours.

Cancellations made outside this time frame will not qualify for refunds, and rescheduling will incur a £150 fee.

Any exceptions to the cancellation policy are at the sole discretion of IconMode.

 GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers require full payment at the time of purchase.

Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

It is recommended that you schedule a call with Ivy Ekong to discuss the best package for the recipient before purchasing a gift voucher. Please email us to arrange this discussion.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES

For shopping appointments outside of London, travel costs must be covered by the client.

If accommodation is required for the appointment, the client will also be responsible for any additional accommodation expenses.

ON THE DAY

For shopping days, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to change in and out of.

Home visits: Please ensure your clothing and wardrobe are organized and accessible to save time.

It is the client’s responsibility to collect any alterations or purchases made on the day unless otherwise agreed.

If the appointment or shopping session exceeds the allocated time, a separate invoice will be issued for the additional hours.

SOLO PERSONAL SHOPPING (CLIENT DELEGATED ABSENCE)

When delegating solo shopping to us, refunds are not available once shopping is completed, particularly if the brand’s return dates have passed.

If desired items are unavailable, we will offer alternatives.

Many items are highly sought after and may sell out before payment is received. For this reason, we recommend immediate payment upon receiving the invoice.

Booking fees paid via the website do not include shopping expenses. A separate invoice will be issued for purchases made on your behalf.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Please arrive on time for all appointments and shopping trips, whether in the UK or internationally. Our schedule is carefully managed to ensure all clients receive their allotted time.

Ensure your mobile phone is charged and accessible during shopping and styling appointments in case we need to contact you.

If we deem a booking unsuitable or unsafe (e.g., for home visits), we reserve the right to cancel the appointment at our discretion.

 ADDITIONAL CHARGES

If any unforeseen charges are incurred during solo shopping or styling sessions (e.g., parking fees, courier services), these will be discussed with the client and invoiced separately.

Clients are responsible for all costs associated with shopping expenses, including returns, unless agreed otherwise.

LIABILITY & REFUNDS

IconMode is not responsible for any delays, product unavailability, or unforeseen issues that may arise during shopping appointments.

Refunds for purchased items are subject to the individual retailer’s policy.

We are not liable for any lost or misplaced items purchased during a shopping session unless we specifically agreed to handle those items for you.

EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

IconMode reserves the right to decline bookings based on availability, safety concerns, or any other reasonable factors.

Home visitations will involve a preliminary consultation to assess wardrobe options.
• Receipts from solo personal shopping will not be given were  you have delegated us to shop on your behalf. You will be invoiced for the agreed upon amount. We use a back end system for our own shopping experience to make sure we get the best possible deals for you and will work within your budget at all times unless agreed otherwise.
