Drapers Next Generation Fashion Event 2016 was such a great event. First of all I am honoured to be selected to be part of the event out of thousands of people that aplied to attend. Incase you haven't heard about Drapers Next Generation Event, let me educate you lovelies a little. Arcadia group is the main sponsors for this event. Arcadia is the UK's largest privately owned fashion retailer with seven major high street brands. Brands such as, Topshop, Topman, Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, just to name a few, are all under the Arcadia group.

 I had the opportunity to listen to top industry professionals and executives such as : - Grace Twyman, Retail Operatiosn Manager at Hugo Boss. - Sam Middleton, Founder and Chief Executive, The Chaper - Michael Brown, Head of Menswear, Polly&Co - Jacqueline Gold, CEO, Ann Summers Just to mention a few. I benefited a lot from this event because it has broaden my way of reasoning regarding the fashion retail sector in London and the world at large. As you guys may already know, the fashion industry is highly competitive. Having meetings like this once every year is a positive direction that the industry needs. It's such a huge empowerment event that the future of the fashion industry needs in London and beyond.
